Project Description

Large International Financial Company having braches all around the world is looking for on-site java backend developers to its Headquarters based in Amsterdam.

We have multiple projects running in the field of payment-, lending- and mortgage systems. Your task would be participating in the development of the server side logic and writing interfaces to serve our front end systems. Communicating with the front end developers. Participate in the planning of the operational activities.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline or equivalent 4+ years of work experience
• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise level Java applications with current technology stack
• Strong analytical and engineering skills
• Openness to work with a variety of connecting technologies (JavaScript, REST, GraphQL, etc.)

Nice to haves

• Previous experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience with JavaScript, knowledge of Angular 2 / React
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Hands on with Linux
• Experience in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
• Experience in Agile development methodologies
